Judge Grants SUAA's Motion to File Amicus Brief in Tier 2 Pension Case

Today, Judge Conlon, who is presiding over the Illinois Judges Retirement System Tier 2 pension case, granted SUAA’s motion to file an Amicus Curiae ("Friend of the Court") brief in the case.  For those interested, the brief accepted by the Court as part of the case is attached here for SUAA Members' review and information. Please feel free to provide it to others who may appreciate it and find it of interest.
