SUAA Annual Conference Registration and Hotel Booking Information

The SUAA Annual Conference is a little over a month away! It will take place June 25th and 26th at the i-Hotel in Champaign, IL. For those of you still needing to register for the conference, we have an early-bird special for both Delegates and Non-Voting members until 05/29/26, with standard pricing starting on 05/30/26. ALL SUAA members are encouraged to attend. We request that Delegates have their Chapter President contact Bryan (bsoady@suaa.org) to confirm delegate status before registering.

Once on the event page, make sure you click the “REGISTER NOW” button under the photo of the i-Hotel on the right-hand side.

The hotel rooms with i-Hotel & Conference Center are going fast, and the last day to reserve a room with the exclusive SUAA Block pricing is 06/01/26 at midnight. Hotel rooms are open to everyone coming to the conference, but they are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have already registered for the conference but have not booked a room, you still have time to contact i-Hotel to reserve a room today.

To reserve your hotel room online, click HERE to go to the hotel login page and enter the SUAA block information to access the special rate of $169.00 before tax. Or, to reserve your room via phone, call 217-819-5000. To receive the special room rate, you MUST mention the Block Code: SUAA26 - Guest Password: qz6$S. The i-Hotel will email you with your room confirmation information. That information is not given to SUAA staff.
